Brian Hayward
Brian is the President of Aldare Resources in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is respected within Canada and internationally for his thinking skills and leadership capabilities. After graduating from McGill University with an MSc in Agricultural Economics, Brian joined United Grain Growers Ltd. (UGG) as a market analyst/futures trader, eventually becoming Chief Executive Officer of UGG in 1991 and in 2001 following a merger, became CEO of Agricore United. Brian is actively involved on several public and private company boards and has provided leadership to not-for-profit organizations such as the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Conference Board of Canada and the Arthritis Society.
